Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Enablement Administrator to support the smooth execution of processes and tools that drive sales productivity and customer success. This role plays a vital part in ensuring revenue teams are equipped with the right resources systems and support to deliver value to prospects and customers efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve support tickets through Salesforce ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain data accuracy by updating internal records spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via email and MS Teams to support cross-functional workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot job posting issues identifying and addressing problems proactively.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Experienced administrator with at least 2 years in an office-based support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and tech-savvy comfortable with evolving processes and systems.
  • Strong organisational skills able to prioritise and manage a busy workload effectively.
