Job Description

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist you will play a pivotal role in optimising the sales process aligning sales and marketing efforts and driving the success of sales initiatives. You will act as a central point of coordination between sales marketing and training teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to manage initiatives create compelling content and foster cross-functional relationships will be critical to achieving business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and adapt strategic sales goals aligned with company objectives tracking performance and responding to market or business shifts.
  • Design manage and optimise sales territories ensuring alignment with market potential and supporting territory transitions through structured processes.
  • Streamline sales processes and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales Marketing and Customer Success to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage data and insights to prioritise high-value opportunities monitor KPIs and translate findings into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and messaging ensuring consistent communication effective pitching and market trend awareness across customer-facing teams.

Qualifications :

  • Relevant experience: Degree with 2 years experience or 5 years in a Revenue Enablement role.
  • Strong communicator: Excellent presentation interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Analytical expertise: Proficient in data analysis interpreting complex datasets and using Salesforce CRM.
  • Technical competence: Strong working knowledge of MS Office and relevant digital tools.
