What youll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Director Mortgage Retention the Group Product Manager Mortgage Retention Analytics will lead reporting and analytical efforts related to CIBCs Mortgage Retention. The Group Product Manager will ensure we have the required oversight of trends and insights from our results to guide key tactics to improve our mortgage retention.

How youll succeed
Data analysis and insights generation - Generate ongoing reporting and analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities by translating raw data into actionable insights.
Strategic and analytical - Support leadership in making data-driven decisions by providing timely and accurate insights. Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators.
Business collaboration - Work closely with partners across departments to understand their needs and provide tailored analytical and reporting solutions.
Storytelling - Share insights in a compelling and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences to support our business results. You should be comfortable building and delivering presentations to peers partners and executives.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience in a product management data analytics or a business insights role for 3 years with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel (VBA) and Power BI. Experience with other solutions such as SQL SAS Python are an asset.
You are analytical. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills sufficient to prepare and present material to an executive audience.
