The Role
Were hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of our customer solutions and our platform capabilities.
As a Product Designer you are primarily responsible for solving hard problems by creating best-in-class usable and delightful design work. You work collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering to create the best solutions to problems and balance delivering high quality experiences to our customers quickly and iteratively. You work with other designers to provide feedback on their work and ensure the team is creating a cohesive and consistent design system.
What you will do
- Solve complex design problems through simple beautiful design
- Advocate for great user experience across all teams
- Share and iterate on designs based on customer interviews peer feedback and UX research insights
- Be involved in all aspects of product development working closely with product managers designers and developers on feature sets spanning across our product shelf
- Create high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects
- Contribute to our design system while leveraging existing standards for product consistency
What you bring
- 4 years hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy.
- Strong experience designing cross-platform (Responsive Web iOS Android) digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking across solutions and platforms.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional agile environments.
- Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
- AI fluency

Security-Related Responsibilities
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
- Compliance with Leagues secure coding practice
- Responsibility and accountability for executing Leagues policies and procedures
- Notification of HR Legal Compliance & Security of any incidents breaches or policy violations

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$118200 - $147800 CAD
