About your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Coordinator Maternity Leave to join our high performing Construction Industries team. Based in our Brisbane Acacia Ridge office this is a 12 month maternity leave position working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence to CI SOPs procedures and records for Sales Coordinators
- Ensuring adherence to KPIs related to purchase through to delivery
- Ensure timely processing of Accounts workflows
- Allocate sales coordination workloads for distribution and scheduling
- Monitor data accuracy via PowerBI and uphold E2E process integrity
- Oversee ensure correct documentation is submitted
- Approve purchase orders and manage freight allocations as needed
- Maintain accurate equipment delivery data to support sales forecasting
- Ensuring our values are upheld with our internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of build times and coordination processes

About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Minimum three years experience in Sales Coordination or a related role
- Strong attention to detail with confidence managing complex data in systems such as PowerBI AX SAP or Microsoft Suite
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communicator with a track record of building strong relationships across internal teams customers and suppliers
- Skilled in decision-making process ownership and driving accountability within a team setting
- Sound knowledge of Caterpillar machinery and product offerings
- Familiarity with tender processes and documentation requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating various business systems and tools
