Were looking for a friendly motivated and customer-focused Visitor Information Centre Support Officer to be the welcoming face of the Hunter Valley.
In this dynamic role youll greet visitors from near and far sharing your expert knowledge of the region and ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. Youll assist with daily operations of our gift shop and booking platform helping to create seamless and enjoyable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels such as in person phone email and social media
Provide accurate and engaging information about local attractions events and experiences
Support the operation of the Visitor Information Centres gift shop and booking systems
Contribute to a positive and professional visitor experience every time
What Were Looking For:
Experience in visitor services tourism marketing or customer service roles
A genuine passion for helping people and showcasing the Hunter Valley
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Strong local knowledge or willingness to learn about the regions offerings

$39.12 - $45.30 per hour inclusive of casual loading
