CUSTOMER-CENTRIC MINDSET

Putting user experience first you bring the ability to understand customer pain points collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their demands derive product requirements and prioritize features based on business value together. You feel comfortable exploring the problem space with users to ensure we are building the right solution before moving into design and implementation. Your ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions will be key to driving product success.

PRODUCT DESIGN

In this role youll connect product and technology translating complex technical requirements into actionable tasks and effective solutions alongside a team of engineers. Conducting market research and competitive analysis will guide build-or-buy decisions as part of the decision-making process. While no hands-on engineering work is expected a foundational understanding of software development data engineering and AI will be beneficial for facilitating collaboration with the engineering teams.

Qualifications :

Proven Experience: proven track record as a Product Owner or Engineering Lead in a technical domain preferably in media data or content-related fields.

Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies APIs cloud offerings and modern software development practices.

Effective Communication: strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements ensuring alignment within a diverse team.

Collaborative Mindset: A proactive and open-minded team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and fosters cross-functional collaboration to drive initiatives forward.

Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with collaborative modeling techniques like domain driven design (DDD) event storming or similar are considered a plus.

Additional Information :

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2446 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
