Job Description
Wholesale Business Development Advisor
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between Evernorth Wholesale and the Pharma Account Management team to support partnership execution.
Track and manage resolution of operational issues related to pharmaceutical manufacturers including contracting compliance and logistics.
Communicate directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers on contract management cost of goods adjustments issue resolution product access and partnership needs.
Collaborate across departments (contracting compliance operations finance etc.) to ensure cohesive execution of priorities.
Support the launch and ongoing development of the Evernorth Wholesale platform by coordinating strategic initiatives and internal action items.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Life Sciences or equivalent experience strongly preferred
3 years of experience in pharmaceutical account management business operations or client-facing healthcare roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience managing cross-functional projects or issue resolution workflows.
Highly organized self-directed and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person.
