Position Overview The Zone Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence across designated store locations. This position plays a vital role in upholding the companys commitment to First Class Service for both customers and business partners. Zone Managers oversee merchandising standards supervise teams during assigned shifts and lead day-to-day execution with a focus on team development and business performance.
Core Responsibilities
Lead by example in modeling company service standards and professional behavior.
Resolve escalated customer and associate concerns in alignment with company policies.
Train and execute register cash handling and loss prevention procedures as per SOPs.
Oversee store openings and closings ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
Direct merchandise replenishment manage stockroom organization and assist with receiving.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met across locations.
Allocate and align team resources to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
Troubleshoot minor IT/register issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment through regular inspections and incident reporting.
Support inventory preparation and high-risk item verification.
Drive sales performance by applying company metrics and activating promotions and events.
Communicate clearly and consistently with team members to reinforce business objectives.
Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance results through product process or staffing improvements.
Act as the Manager on Duty to provide leadership and decision-making during assigned shifts.
Coach train and support associates in their daily responsibilities.
Build and maintain positive relationships within the airport or store community.
Address performance issues promptly in partnership with the AGM or GM.
Contribute to associate evaluations and counseling documentation.
Carry out other leadership duties as assigned.
