Custodian II

• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality add cleanliness in the casino public areas offices restrooms and other required areas.
• Sweeps and removes all trash and debris from floors.
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment.
• Cleans and dusts in and around slot machines doors and woodwork.
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
• Follow safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Report to supervisor any maintenance issues in work areas and equipment.
• Must be able to use ladders up to 10 feet.
• Must be able to push pull and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications :

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Ability to interact with others in a friendly positive and courteous manner.
• Able to tolerate chemicals cleansers and solvents.
• Experience with professional cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes
• Operate High Dusting specialty equipment.
• Operate necessary equipment such as backpack vacuum scissor lift high boom power washer etc.
• Certification to operate scissor lift and high boom preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain and required licenses.
