You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDPR Construction seeks a visual designer to join our Global Sales and Marketing Team. The designer will excel at transforming complex ideas into compelling visuals that engage inform and inspire. This role will collaborate with both corporate and regional teams to support on-brand targeted pursuit materials sales content and other deliverables that align with strategic goals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented visual communicator who can work both independently and seamlessly with a team as well as liaise with internal customers and external vendors.
Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge of design principles visual storytelling creative problem solving and collaborative communication. Successful candidates will feel comfortable working within the framework of a strong existing brand while producing customer-centric graphics that support strategic priorities.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to external market data internal equity location skill set experience and/or performance. Salary is just one component of DPRs total compensation package.
Sacramento and San Diego Pay Range: $69000-$119000. Seattle and Southern California Pay Range: $76000-$130000. Bay Area Pay Range: $82000-$141000.
