Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified)
Location: Gainesville TX
Employment Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire based on client needs)

Pay: Starting at $26/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Pronto! Staffing is hiring a dependable experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification for a residential apartment complex in Gainesville. The right candidate will be responsible for performing HVAC repairs general maintenance tasks and preparing units for new residents. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (cooling heating ventilation)
Complete service requests and work orders in a timely professional manner
Perform general maintenance: electrical plumbing carpentry and appliance repairs
Turn vacant units: painting minor repairs cleaning
Maintain cleanliness and safety of shared spaces and exteriors
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance issues
Follow safety standards and company maintenance protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Current HVAC Certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience
Working knowledge of tools safety procedures and repair methods
Physically able to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and complete hands-on work
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Professional attitude with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
EPA Universal Certification
Experience in multi-family housing or property management
