What you will be doing:
- Ensure that all hygiene sanitation and food safety policies are being implemented and maintained.
- Ensure all food and beverages prepared and served with the highest levels of food safety in compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure compliance with government and brand standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Degree in Related Departments of Universities
- Min. B1 level of proficiency at English
- Experience in Hospitality Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly responsible and reliable personality
