Provide first-line support for desktops laptops Servers and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Respond to incidents via ticketing systems.
Set up and configure new desktops laptops and peripherals.
Perform routine system updates patch management and antivirus scans.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
Maintain asset inventory and software license compliance.
Report and escalate potential security threats.
Install and update operating systems and business applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Supporting Outlook Teams OneDrive and SharePoint.
Experience with tools like TeamViewer AnyDesk or SCCM Remote Control.
Knowledge of antivirus firewalls encryption and endpoint protection.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Staying current with evolving technologies and tools.
Logical thinking and structured troubleshooting under pressure.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
