Provide active support forContrast Media InjectorsPET products anddevice suppliesfor customers across Iberia.
Maintain and update thecustomer database including contracts and service records.
Support theinstalled baseof contrast media injectors.
Manage internal and externalpurchase orderswith suppliers fostering strong trust-based relationships with clients and service partners to ensure high service levels.
Create and maintainreports and dashboardsto support operational visibility.
Perform general administrative tasks using tools such asSalesforce (SFDC)SmartSheetPower BIMicrosoft Office Suite and web browsers.
Receive and process orders in line with company policies and systems ensuring timelyshipment and invoicing.
Handlereturns and rejectionsof materials and equipment.
Support internalapproval workflowsand documentation processes.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate closely withmanufacturing plantscommercial partners andfreight forwardersto ensure QMI accuracy.
Collaborate within a team environment with aflexible and proactiveapproach to maintain service excellence.
Build effective cross-functional relationships to understand and address customer impact.
Work with other GE departments to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manageinvoice queries including issuing credit and debit notes.
Develop strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of internal processes.
Handlecustomer complaintsin accordance with company policies and systems.
Ensure all routine tasks comply withlocal standards and procedures.
Contribute toteam goalsandKPI performance metrics.
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Good Distribution Practice and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Experience
Experience in a similar customer service role.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Background in order management and customer service.
Qualifications / Requirements
Fluency inEnglish Spanish and Portuguese(written and spoken).
Strongcustomer focusandactive listeningskills.
Proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities.
Excellentorganizationalandadministrativecapabilities.
High attention to detail accuracy and adaptability.
Calm and analytical approach toproblem-solving.
Team-oriented with the ability tolead and drive individual projects.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand general computer tools (Word Excel Outlook Internet browsers).

Desired Characteristics
Knowledge of thediagnostic imagingbusiness or familiarity withcontrast agentsradiopharmaceuticals andcontrast injection systems.
Technical training or background in thediagnostic imaging sector.
Experience withERP systemssuch asSalesforceandSAP.
