About the Role
Were looking for aJunior Digital Producer to join our fast-paced Studio & Production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos passionate about digital content and wants to grow their career in a creative collaborative environment.
Youll be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of digital assetsfromEDMs and social media content to HTML5 display banners and print collateral. Youll work closely with designers studio teams and account leads to ensure every brief is deliveredon time on spec and on brand.
What Youll Do
- Manage digital production tasks frombrief review to final delivery
- Interpret and clarify briefs specs and asset requirements (e.g. static vs. carousel banner sizes formats)
- Coordinate the production of:
- HTML5 and GIF banners
- EDMs and landing page assets
- Social media content(static carousel video)
- Print and OOH materials
- Liaise with internal teams (studio designers account managers) to ensure smooth workflow
- Ask the right questions early to avoid delays and ensure clarity
- Track timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
- Support the team by taking onmenial but essential tasksto keep production moving
- Work across a variety of clients withtight deadlines and fast turnarounds
What Were Looking For
- Experiencein a digital production or creative studio environment
- Solid understanding of digital formats and specs (HTML5 GIFs social print)
- Strong organisational skills andattention to detail
- Excellent communication skills confident clear and collaborative
- A proactive mindset with initiative
- Ability to thrive in afast-paced deadline-drivenenvironment
- Familiarity with production tools and workflows (bonus if youve used project management platforms)
- A team player whos eager to learn and grow
