As a Solutions Engineer at voize you own the full technical journey of our customers - from the first presales check to ongoing operations. Youre the primary technical point of contact bridging voize and customer IT. By validating infrastructure configuring secure setups solving technical issues and scaling deployments you ensure a smooth experience and long-term success.
Support presales calls to assess infrastructure spot blockers and guide evaluations
Lead implementations focusing on Vivendi NG Mobil PD and customer environments (Windows/Linux)
Troubleshoot issues across systems networks browsers and interfaces with clarity and empathy
Support technical scaling (e.g. growing user bases infra changes)
Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration
Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools docs or processes
Youre a Vivendi expert youve administered configured and deeply understand the Vivendi infrastructure in real-world deployments including Vivendi NG Mobil and PD administration
Solid Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration skills (firewalls proxies routing MDMs APIs)
Familiarity with virtualisation Docker web servers (Nginx IIS) and load balancing
Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs browsers infrastructure and devices
Clear communicator with empathy for both technical and non-technical users
Proactive self-directed and skilled in documentation and technical handoffs
Youre confident in German and English to support customers and work closely with the team well support you with language courses if needed.
