Your Mission: Own the Sales Process and Drive Growth!

As Sales Enablement Manager youll empower our go-to-market teams with the training tools and insights they need to excel. Youll build scalable onboarding develop continuous learning initiatives and shape the way we sell voize making sure each sales conversation is impactful aligned and efficient. Your work will directly accelerate our growth sharpen our sales strategy and amplify our mission to transform healthcare through AI.

Your Daily Business No two days are alike

  • Proven track record in sales enablement or sales with a strong understanding of what drives team performance and learning

  • Passion for learning and development with the ability to design engaging and effective training experiences

  • Curious and reflective mindset you actively look for ways to uncover challenges and improve how things work

  • Strong communicator with an engaging presence you energize others and make knowledge stick

  • Comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools like HubSpot or similar sales and enablement platforms

Your Skillset What you bring to the table

  • You speak both German & proficient English to support our customers in Germany and collaborate with the team
