About us
Placemaking NSW is responsible for managing and caring for some of Sydneys most iconic harbourside venues and locations including The Rocks Barangaroo Darling Harbour and White Bay Power Station. We also lead the planning and delivery of the Bays West Urban Renewal Precinct a state significant project that will bring new homes jobs and public spaces to 77 hectares of government-owned land just 2 kilometres from Sydneys CBD.
The role
This role keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes for our education and cultural programs. Youll be managing client bookings coordinating school visits and holiday activities and making sure everything from rosters to financials are sorted. Its a busy varied role that supports the team to deliver high-quality experiences to students and teachers.
Youll work closely with schools internal teams and service partners to keep operations on trackfrom access and cleaning to customer service and accounts. Juggling priorities across different programs is part of the challenge so strong coordination communication and organisational skills are key.
