We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning execution and tracking of various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects communicate effectively across departments and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics
Collaborate with designers copywriters and external vendors
Maintain and update marketing calendars and schedules
Conduct market research to support strategy development
Prepare presentations and marketing reports for internal teams
Ensure brand consistency across all promotional activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in a creative or print production environment is a plus
