Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP VIM solutions integrated with OpenText modules.
- Analyze and understand client requirements to design and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their document management needs and design optimal solutions using SAP OpenText modules.
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP OpenText solutions including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and deployment.
- Contribute to the full project lifecycle including planning specification design and implementation.
- Perform system configuration and customization to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expertise in best practices for OpenText and SAP VIM implementations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
- Optimize processes using automation and other tools within SAP VIM.
- Perform system testing and validation of configurations.
- Document technical specifications and operational procedures clearly.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share insights with the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during implementation.
- Support the maintenance of existing implementations and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements as needed post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP VIM with OpenText Modules.
- Proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Strong understanding of the integration between OpenText and SAP environments.
- Familiarity with configuration and customization of OpenText applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with varied audiences.
- Experience with data migration and management within SAP.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Project management skills with experience in agile methodologies are preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Certifications in SAP VIM and/or OpenText are a plus.
- Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and presentations.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to meeting client expectations.
- Knowledge of related technologies and platforms is advantageous.
