Project Title:
Implementation of Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle Management Modules
Project Objective:
Streamlined sourcing and supplier lifecycle processes with enhanced efficiency compliance and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) modules.
Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Translate business needs into Ariba upstream configurations and process workflows.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for sourcing and supplier management within Ariba.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing procurement and ERP systems.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Define and oversee testing strategies including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solution.
Monitor and resolve implementation challenges ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Support post-go-live activities including stabilization issue resolution and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in Ariba upstream modules particularly in Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
Proven experience leading Ariba implementation projects including requirement gathering solution design and deployment.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management best practices.
Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration templates approval workflows and reporting.
Experience in integrating Ariba upstream modules with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc..
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize Ariba solutions for business needs.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in training and change management activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ariba certification in Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
Experience in Agile project methodology.
Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (Procurement & Contracts) is a plus
