Structural Steel Painter
Location: Saint Joseph Missouri
Full-Time On-Site Competitive Pay
Interlock Steel Structures USA Inc. (TEAM PERKA) is seeking a Structural Steel Painter to join our team. If youre reliable detail-oriented and enjoy working in a supportive team-first environment we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Mix and apply paint to steel structures
- Maintain paint room equipment
- Prep and paint structural frames and parts
- Assist with quality control
- Operate forklifts to move materials
- Help prep hardware (bolts fasteners etc.)
- Support safe efficient shop flow with your team
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial or structural steel painting (preferred)
- Familiar with shop tools equipment and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable honest and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
