School Based Clinics AdminJob SummaryUnder close supervision of an assigned mentor/preceptor the SBHC Pre-Health Trainee will have the opportunity to observe clinical practices assist mentors in low level patient care and complete other non-clinical duties as assigned. Trainees will also assist clinic teams in scheduling patient appointment including insurance verification and other related tasks as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Shadowing of mentor(s). (50%)
- Non-clinical duties as assigned (this could include scheduling and registering patients stocking supplies turning over exam rooms administrative duties rooming/escorting patients working on special projects etc.) (50%)
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
