Make a difference as a Equipment Process Technician
As a Full Time Equipment Process Technician at HME Specialists your primary responsibility will be to clean disinfect and sterilize medical equipment with precision and care. You will promptly maintain equipment while diligently following all manufacturer instructions for disinfectant and sterilizing agents ensuring adherence to safety precautions. A key part of your role will involve maintaining a clean and contamination-free working area that complies with infection control policies. You will also ensure all equipment is appropriately marked covered and stored in designated areas between customer use.
Your expertise will be essential for performing scheduled maintenance and functional checks on cleaned equipment all while documenting your work as per manufacturer requirements. By actively participating in Improvement of Operational Performance (IOP) activities you will support HME Specialists mission and values contributing to the overall excellence of our operations and the well-being of those we serve.
