Job Description
As a Product Manager/ Lead BA you will be at the forefront of the account expansion developing a work stream and collaborating with many business stakeholders across the customer organization. You will be responsible for the stream product vision roadmap and business requirements and leading a team of business analysts who are working with the technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders including SMEs customer products and executives.
- Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision strategy and roadmap that aligns with the customers overall objectives.
- Track and report on delivery progress according to roadmap adjust roadmap in case of priorities changes or dependencies revealed.
- Elicit business and user needs capture high level requirements and prioritize them.
- Lead a team of business analysts fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Communicate with other streams to reveal cross dependencies between streams that affect the roadmap.
- Collaborate with architects UX/UI and development teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery and design to development training and release.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in product management or Lead business analysis preferably with a focus on enterprise level projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs telling a compelling story.
- Experience in communication and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes.
- Creating product strategy vision and roadmap.
- Leading the product or business analysts team.
- Advanced English level.
