Join us as a Key Account Manager in Vaccines and make a difference in public health!

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) in Vaccines who is eager to contribute to improving public health in Sweden. In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and enjoyable team dedicated to making an impact on public health by increasing vaccination rates and creating a safer future for everyone.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth while building long-term relationships with various healthcare providers including primary care centers infection clinics and school health services. Your key focus will be on vaccination initiatives for HPV and pneumococcal disease. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in direct contact with customers gaining deep insights into their needs and challenges. By providing scientific and clinical expertise you will enhance understanding of vaccination efforts and help overcome potential barriers.

This position will cover southern Sweden (Skne Halland Kronoberg Blekinge Kalmar) and candidates must reside in Skne or nearby regions to effectively engage with local healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and executestrategic account plans based on in-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs to drive growth and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Establish and leadtrusted relationships with relevant healthcare professionals understanding their needs and challenges and developing services and solutions to overcome these.
  • Organize and participatein educational events workshops and seminars to share insights about our vaccine portfolio latest recommendations and emerging trends helping others understand the vaccination landscape better.
  • Establish a structured feedback loopto continuously improve services with a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and brand access.
  • Ensure compliancewith industry regulations and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business (Sales/Marketing) or other relevant fields (e.g. medicine pharmacy life sciences).
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in a customer-facing role preferably in vaccines and immunization.
  • A minimum of five years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Lif certificationis mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare system specifically in primary care.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey ideas and information effectively to diverse audiences. Proficient in Swedish and English.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities particularly related to understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn.
