Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Providing support for investments and related themes throughout their entire lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Coordinating multiple themes and teams (including external resources) to achieve investment goals
- Agile project management for strategic investments (comprised of multiple themes projects or initiatives)
- Project planning including milestone tracking status reporting and risk management
- Setting up tools as well as maintaining and updating structures (e.g. Jira SharePoint ServiceNow Confluence MS Teams)
- Monitoring costs and tracking budgets for both internal and external costs
- Coordinating stakeholder management activities
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree in IT economics project management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management in an international company or management consulting firm
- Sound methodological skills in project management (PMI agile PM)
- Excellent MS Office skills especially Power Point and Excel as well as knowledge of Jira SharePoint Confluence and ServiceNow
- An affinity for numbers combined with analytical skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically
- Structured and organised working style
- Advanced communication skills
- Fluency in English
