Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support clients in their own home.
The position will have the following roster:
Type: Permanent Part Time
Please Note First 8 weeks will be offered with 20 hours
Hours: 20 Hours per Fortnight WW4 Frist 8-week roaster.
Week 2: Sat: 4 pm 10 pm S/O Sun: 2pm 10 pm S/O Wed: 4 pm 10 pm S/O
Hours: 54 Hours per Fortnight WW4
Week 1: Thurs: 6 am 4 pm Fri: 2 pm 10 pm S/O Sat: 2 pm 10 pm S/O Tues: 6 am 2pm
Week 2: Sat: 4 pm 10 pm S/O Sun: 2pm 10 pm S/O Wed: 4 pm 10 pm S/O
Desired Attributes

- Patience ability and determination to create and sustain a safe and stable home environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Positive attitude
- Qualification in Disability (Desired but not essential)
- Able to think on your feet in a high-pressure situation
The successful candidate must have:
- A current provisional or full Australian drivers licence
- WWVP card with NDIS activities
- Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completionhttps:// begin the application process:
