Job Description

  • Lead services for children & families across Hume Merri-bek & Western Melb.

Your new role

Take on a leadership role with community impact as the Manager Therapeutic Children and Families. Based in Broadmeadows and supporting team across Hume-Merribek and Western Melbourne youll oversee the Children and Family Services Family Preservation & Reunification Foster Care and Kinship Care portfolios.

Working closely with our senior manager and practice partners youll champion high-quality trauma-informed service delivery strengthen culture and drive operational excellence that is aligned with Unitings 2030 Strategy: Strengthening the Foundations for Living.

Youll also lead innovation continuous improvement and help embed our therapeutic model of care ensuring families are empowered supported and connected in the ways that matter most.
