You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCollin Street Bakery is looking for a friendly detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal HR Specialist to support our Human Resources department during our peak production season. This role plays a key part in the success of our seasonal hiring efforts employee onboarding and HR operations.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for seasonal employees
Support HR administrative tasks including filing data entry and employee record updates
Help coordinate job fairs interviews and hiring events
Provide excellent customer service to employees and applicants
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Translate HR communications (if bilingual a plus!)
Previous HR administrative or customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Must be reliable approachable and eager to learn
Work with a collaborative and supportive HR team
