Hybrid- 3 days a week in London
55k-65k base performance bonus

You will be working on innovative technology with a team who have been driving standards since the organisation adoption of intelligent automation in 2022 being the go-to COE in the business when something needs improving.
Our client is hiring for an Intelligent Automation Business Analyst to join their high-performing team where you will be responsible for driving their automation success. You will lead the discovery and analysis efforts across the business.
Youll also play a key role in identifying high-impact opportunities and translating business requirements into clear actionable documentation and diagrams to guide Developers in building effective automation solutions.
In the role you will be required to have:
- Over 2 years of RPA Business Analyst experience.
- Experience with either Blue Prism or other RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere and/or workflow automation tools such as ServiceNow Appian Camunda etc.
- Have great communication skills to bridge the gap between technology terms and the average persons understanding.
- Ability to understand workflow-based logic interpret business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualise them as automated solutions.
- Strong requirements gathering skills with the ability to capture business processes through existing documentation and walkthroughs with staff involved in those processes.
