DescriptionPosition Summary
As the Executive Lounge Team Leader you will be a key support to the Lounge operation ensuring smooth daily service while delivering an elevated experience to our elite guests. In this hands-on role you will lead by example on the floor support your fellow associates during service assist with guest needs and help maintain the high standards of the Lounge.
Lounge Operations:
- Assist with daily Lounge service including breakfast afternoon tea and evening cocktails.
- Ensure the Lounge remains clean organised and guest-ready at all times.
- Manage guest flow and seating to maintain a relaxing and premium atmosphere.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services amenities and local recommendations.
- Assist guests with special requests liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Proactively handle guest feedback and ensure issues are followed up promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Kitchen and Engineering to support Lounge operations.
Team support:
- Foster teamwork positive communication and a supportive work environment.
- Lead by example in delivering Wonderful Hospitality Always.
- Work alongside the management team to support the training of new hires.
Administration & Compliance:
- Assist with stock checks replenishing supplies and maintaining presentation standards.
- Report maintenance cleanliness or service issues promptly to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of lounge usage & feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health safety hygiene and liquor licensing regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.
