About us:

The Office for Students (OfS) is the independent regulator of higher education in England. We aim to ensure that every student whatever their background has a fulfilling experience of higher education that enriches their lives and careers.

About the role:

You will be based in the Quality and Standards Assessment Management (QSAM) team supporting internal and external members of Quality and Standards Assessment Committees (QSAC). Key responsibilities include:

  • managing and monitoring email enquiries (internal and external);
  • providing administrative support to other projects and assignments as required;
  • arranging training sessions for QSAC members;
  • providing assistance for recruitment activities for external academic assessors;
  • engagement with stakeholders across Quality and Standards Assessment teams.

The aim of the role Project Support Administrator is to provide high quality and pro-active support to specific teams enabling them to carry out their roles as effectively as possible. Key responsibilities include working with other administrators to contribute to best practice; and proactively adding to the development and improvement of relevant administrative processes. The role requires engagement with internal and external stakeholders in order to plan and manage activities related to the functions of those they support.

About you:
