We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to join a respected independent agency with strong local presence in Sandown on the Isle of Wight.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and mentoring a successful estate agency team
- Carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Driving business growth and achieving branch targets
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Representing the brand with professionalism and local market expertise

- Proven experience in residential estate agency
- Valuation and listing expertise essential
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Confident proactive and target-driven personality
- Well-presented articulate and engaging
- Local knowledge of the Isle of Wights
- Full UK Driving License required
- Professional and results-focused approach
