Key Responsibilities
Lead all structuring negotiating and executing of all commercial transactions such as licensing Joint Development Agreements Sourcing etc. in collaboration with key stakeholders (engineering legal BD finance etc.)
Identify alliance opportunities (e.g.: Joint ventures acquisitions cooperative development and technology licenses); structure negotiate and implement alliance transaction to achieve Applieds objectives within acceptable risk parameters.
Identify issues representing opportunities or threats of strategic importance
Develop and implement methodologies to achieve consensus for actions needed.
Develop plan to implement changes
Functional Knowledge
Demonstrates a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems theories and practices relevant to a discipline. The role must keep abreast of new developments in order to help define the necessary changes to policy and practice
Business Expertise
Utilizes highly specialized skills to expand Applieds technology footprint or customer base or to increase operational efficiencies in support of Applieds business objectives
Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. This includes enabling the business unit to differentiate itself from the competition

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
