Job Description
We are seeking an experienced finance leader to serve as Corporate Controller. This role will lead all accounting and financial reporting functions while helping to shape the financial strategy for the companys next phase of growth. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy integrity and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP SEC and other regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP SEC regulations and other reporting requirements
- Design implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Lead mentor and grow the accounting team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Manage external audits and serve as the primary liaison with auditors and regulators
- Champion financial systems improvements to support automation and scalability
- Provide financial insights to cross-functional leaders to support strategic decision-making
- Actively licensed CPA
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; experience preparing public company financial statements and disclosures
- Progressive accounting and finance experience including leadership roles in dynamic fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to design and enforce internal controls policies and procedures
- Skilled in managing external audits and relationships with auditors regulators and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change
- High integrity sound judgment and a deep commitment to operational excellence
