Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Program Operations & Development to lead our Behavioral Health Services department. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing operations enhancing service delivery and expanding mental health programming. The Director will play a key role in strategic planning quality assurance and team leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering innovation in care.
The ideal candidate is a licensed LCSW with a background in mental health program management strong leadership skills and a passion for making a lasting community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Program Development: Expand existing services and introduce new behavioral health offerings.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance audits and continuous improvement efforts.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set goals measure outcomes and scale services.
- Staff Supervision: Support and guide a multidisciplinary team fostering growth and accountability.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze trends generate reports and use data to inform program strategy.
Qualifications:
- LCSW required
- Experience working in a mental health clinical setting or office
- Proven success in program development and team leadership
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and QA processes
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
