About Longhorn Wellness Center
The Longhorn Wellness Center (LWC) is a department in the Division of Student Affairs that promotes student well-being and creates a healthier campus community utilizing a public health approach.
Purpose
The LWC is hiring a graduate student to expand substance use safety programming on campus including facilitating the BASICS and CASICS programs. Learn more about the programs here: The graduate student will receive mentorship from staff and will work to improve their motivational interviewing skills and delve into harm reduction work. Approved internship site for some academic programs.
