ToyotasEnterprise Risk - ITDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedSenior Technology and Data Risk Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Enterprise Risk Manager Technology and Data Risk in implementing quantitative and qualitative measures of Technology and Data Risk and Control assessment/testing.
Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Manager Technology and Data Risk the person in this role will support the Enterprise Risk IT departments objective to be effective as a second line of defense in risk mitigation.
What youll be doing
Conducting risk and control assessments across assigned domains.
Aggregating and analyzing risk events reported and documented in eGRC Archer.
Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from recurring in the future.
Analyzing identified trends in the performance of controls tested by Enterprise Risk.
Assisting the Enterprise Risk Manager in preparing reports to the Senior Managers Executives and Enterprise Risk Committee members.
Develop and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) control testing methodology and standards
Assist the manager in identifying risks and developing control test templates
Develop & execute testing based on test plans utilizing eGRC Archer
Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory rules and changes.
What you bring
Four-Years college degree (BA or BS)
2-5 years of relevant experience performing risk assessments and controls assessments in accordance with industry standards.
A continuous improvement mindset always seeking efficient pathways to improve risk and controls management.
Experience balancing assigned tasks based on priority and delivering timely
Ability to lead walkthrough meetings with relevant stakeholders to understand their processes
Ability to prepare and present status reports to management and executive-level stakeholders
Added bonus if you have
Masters degree in Information Systems Computer Science
Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOX COBIT NIST COSO or FDIC
Proficiency in data analytics to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency
Ability to assess risk root cause analysis and implement best practices
Experience with eGRC Archer is a plus
Experience leading initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration
Additional Certifications: ex. CISA CISSP CISM CRISC or CRMA
