Working as part of the Single Aged Care Assessment (SAS) team and reporting to the General Manager Children Youth & Families Assessments & Access you will have overall leadership responsibility for the newly established team of clinical and non clinical team members who provide assessments for aged care and Residential Aged Care (RAC) funding assessments. The role is responsible for development of both clinical and operational procedures and structures as well as overall service improvements & development.

As part of the Senior Leadership team you will work with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and set deliverables of the SAS Tender to transform the future of aged care assessments and services to simplify and improve access to aged care services.

The fine print
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check International Police Check (if applicable) hold a valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance Check
Full driver license and travel between sites required
You may be asked to either provide or register for a Medicare and MBS provider number and agree to donate the total amount from this work to DPV Health.
