What youll be doing
As a Junior People & Culture Specialist youll play a key role in enhancing our employee experience and fostering a positive work environment. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Ensure smooth onboarding collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the induction for new hires.
Support engagement initiatives assist in the development and implementation of programs that promote company values and boost employee engagement.
Analyze feedback collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
Champion company culture foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all teams.
Track HR metrics monitor and analyze key HR metrics to enhance the overall employee experience.
Coordinate learning opportunities assist in identifying training needs and coordinating both internal and external learning and development programs.
Support company events play a key role in the planning and execution of various company events.

Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.
