At Suncorp doing the right thing by our customers is non-negotiable. Were seeking a Remediation Programs Advisor who will play a vital role in enabling and executing customer remediation initiatives across our Insurance portfolio.

Sitting within the Operational Excellence team this role supports the Discovery and Design phases of remediation programs. Youll coordinate analysis and data collection advise on process design and ensure governance and compliance are embedded into every step of the journey.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate and support the development of insurance remediation programs
  • Design assessment tools methodologies and governance procedures
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare reporting governance materials and executive endorsement papers
  • Assist in creating training and tools to enable effective remediation delivery
  • Build a strong positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years experience in risk remediation or business analysis within financial services
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes claims systems and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and/or delivering business initiatives
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written communication experience preparing committee and leadership documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of IRIIS (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Business Finance Program Management) preferred
