Job Description
Shenandoah Universitys Department of Physical Plant is accepting applications for a HVAC Maintenance Technician position. This is a full-time benefited position located on our main campus in Winchester Virginia. This Job will be an hourly position supervised by the Assistant Director of Physical Plant. The Primary Duties of this position is to provide HVAC Preventative Predictive Maintenance Support and General Maintenance. During the summer this position will remove clean repair replace and repair Ptac Units. Ptac repair and replacement will also take place during the year. In addition this position will also provide general maintenance support for the University to include basic repairs.

Specialized Qualifications:
- Basic Equipment knowledge
- Basic Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Work Environment:
- Inside work and outside work during all 4 seasons
- Participation in Snow Team and On Call
