Job Description
P1C3STSWe are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 4 years of expertise in software design and development. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Java Spring frameworks and Oracle as well as Microservices. 4 years of experience in Java backend development with a solid foundation in object-oriented design and in Java 8 features Spring Boot and Spring MVC experience with relational databases such as Oracle and ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver high-impact problem-solving debugging and troubleshooting with messaging systems like Kafka (optional but preferred).Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and adapt to changing with CI/CD pipelines and technical initiatives and ensure timely delivery of complex backend solutions. Design and develop robust scalable and maintainable Java-based applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot. Provide leadership to a development team guiding technical decisions code reviews and mentoring junior developers. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product QA and DevOps) to ensure smooth project execution. Design and implement APIs using Spring MVC and ensure seamless integration with front-end services. Implement and manage message-driven architecture using Kafka. Continuously evaluate and improve application architecture and design. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
