As a Bid Manager you will play a key role in driving business growth by leading the end-to-end bid process. You will coordinate cross-functional teams ensure competitive and customer-focused proposals and support Market Units (MUs) in delivering high-quality compliant bids aligned with company strategy.
- Lead and coordinate all bid activities from opportunity identification to submission.
- Collaborate with MUs finance technical teams and leadership to gather inputs.
- Develop bid strategies and ensure proposals meet client and internal requirements.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the bid process.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients during the bid phase.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across bids.
Location: Global Unit Head Office in Partille. Travel to MUs as required.
