The Role: Professional Services Consultant
Youll be a key player in our Professional Services teamowning the onboarding configuration and integration journey for Velexa clients. With your technical fluency and customer-first mindset youll transform complex needs into intuitive solutions that work from day one.
Youll:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Velexas trading and investment solutions.
- Translate client needs into smart scalable configurations and integrations.
- Partner with product engineering and support teams to drive delivery excellence.
- Integrate REST APIs and customize data flows in client environments.
- Deliver training documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success.
- Identify blockers early and escalate with clarity and purpose.
- Contribute to improving our playbooks tools and delivery practices.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in WealthTech FinTech or Financial Servicesespecially investment or trading platforms.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs JSON and scripting/config tools.
- A strong track record in client-facing rolestechnical consulting solution delivery or pre-sales.
- Deep understanding of software integration and delivery lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication relationship-building and multitasking skills.
- A proactive problem-solving attitudeyou see roadblocks as opportunities.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
- Experience with AI/LLM integration and deployment.
- Understanding of CI/CD DevOps or technical support frameworks
