About:
We are Seeking the Maintenance Planner plays a strategic role in ensuring uninterrupted production by planning scheduling and coordinating all maintenance work-preventive predictive and corrective. As a linchpin between maintenance production purchasing and external vendors this role ensures equipment uptime efficient resource utilization and cost-effective maintenance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and allocate resources weekly including shutdowns and major projects employing Gantt charts or critical path methods.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and requisitions; oversee parts inventory and procurement.
- Lead preventive maintenance efforts alongside technicians tracking completed work and identifying follow-up actions.
- Engage in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities key performance indicators and cost tracking.
- Promote safe work practices facilitate planning meetings and collaborate closely with production purchasing and maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
- 3 5 years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience.
- Proficient in CMMS platforms ( Oracle Maximo) and MS Office with expertise in preventive predictive and corrective maintenance coordination.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of industrial systems-including motors pumps conveyors and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: root-cause investigations cost estimation KPI tracking and performance data analysis.
- Excellent organizational communication and safety-focused abilities for cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.
