Job Description
About:
We are Seeking the Experienced Maintenance Planner with a strong background in developing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies within manufacturing environments. Proficient in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM and Maximo to optimize asset reliability and minimize downtime. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams managing spare parts inventory and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed maintenance schedules for planned work orders.
- Prioritize maintenance activities based on criticality safety and production needs.
- Coordinate with operations maintenance teams and other stakeholders to plan equipment shutdowns.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and manage work orders.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
- 3 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms.(e.g. SAP PM Maximo)
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
