Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions driving successful implementation and optimization of D365 applications in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders technical teams and vendors to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business users and developers for Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales Customer Service Finance Supply Chain or Field Services.
- Design and support integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Azure services (e.g. Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Service Bus).
- Create and maintain process documentation use cases user stories data flow diagrams and training materials.
- Assist in UAT planning and execution ensuring business needs are met and functionalities are properly tested.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance proposing enhancements to improve functionality and usability.
- Stay current with platform updates and new features in both Dynamics 365 and azure.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP modules).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps Azure DevOps and cloud integration patterns.
- Experience with process modeling tools and techniques (e.g. BPMN Visio).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
